- I'm the mother of two and have been a stay at home mom since the birth of my second child almost two years ago. With the reduction in income came the search to save money anywhere and everywhere I can, we changed to CLF lights, during the day the thermostat is set at 80 and I've learned how to save a ton on my groceries. The techniques are so awesome and easy that anyone can do it!
